Are you hearing Voices?

There are voices out there we should listen to if we are serious about Continuous Improvement.  These voices provide the direction needed to assure the right actions are taken to achieve the desired results.  The voices are:

  • Voice of the Customer – This voice is primary.  Your customers (both internal and external) rely on you.  The value that you provide should target the customer.

  • Voice of the Business – You may have heard it said before; “The reason a business is in business is to make money”.  Or, at least there is a focus on the flow of money to allow it to provide services and/or products.

  • Voice of the Process – Everything we do is a process… a sequence of steps.  The better we understand this voice, the better we understand the data coming from our processes, the better we can target our Continuous Improvement efforts.

ETP Funding

If you are a California based business, most likely you have been paying an employee training tax.  These taxes have been collected and come back to you through the efforts of the Employee Training Panel.  If you are in California and are considering training for your employees, you can receive training through ProgressivEdge with ETP funding that results in a significant price reduction (if you meet qualifications).  Let us do the work for you as the liaison between you and the state to see if you qualify.  Contact us if you are looking for low cost – high quality training.
