“Better Results – Faster”

Most all of us would like to see better results.  Better quality, more profit, safer environment, happier customers, improved employee satisfaction, increased sales, improved efficiency…the list goes on with potential “better results”.  But, how about getting “Better Results – Faster”.  If getting better results is a good thing, it must be even better if you can get those better results faster.

We use Six Sigma to measure and analyze.  We use Six Sigma to follow through with the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) model to assure we sustain those results.  But Lean is the approach that enables us to get those results “Faster”.  As lean removes waste and creates a culture of positive change we achieve faster results.  Utilizing both Lean and Six Sigma together is a powerful approach to getting “Better Results – Faster”.

Thanks Steve.

A message to the LSS Green Belts
This message is intended for the ProgressivEdge Lean Six Sigma Certified Green Belts.  Have you thought about getting your Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification?  If you are ProgressivEdge LSS Green Belt trained and certified, you have already completed week 1 of the Black Belt.  Now, you can attend the remaining 8 days spread throughout 2011 and become LSS Black Belt certified by the end of the year (assuming you meet all requirements for certification).  The classes will take place in San Diego starting later in September.  Wouldn’t it be great to start 2012 as a Certified LSS Black Belt and begin taking advantage of the advanced tool and approaches?  For information on the last LSS BB class we will be offering this year, click here:
